Listing Credits
Basic listing credits function as follows:
- 1 listing credit allows for the initial post, all updates, and continued display of a single property
- Credits are consumed upon posting a new, unique property listing
- Syndicated listings must include a unique listing key to qualify
- Promoted listings do not require an additional credit
- Listing credits do not expire, unless stated otherwise in your agreement
Example: If you purchase 50 listing credits, you can publish up to 50 different properties. Updates to those listings do not use additional credits. However, posting a 51st property would require another credit.
Content and Submissions
Data Licensing
By submitting content to Landapaloozas, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for the purposes of operating, enhancing, and promoting our Services. This includes the right to:
- Use, copy, distribute, and publicly display your content

We may process and modify your submissions—manually or via automated systems—to improve:

To ensure high-quality, detailed listings across the Marketplace, Landapaloozas may supplement user-submitted listings with additional data from:

- Verified third-party sources
- AI-generated content
This additional data may include:
- Lot size, zoning, and year built
- Listing categories and tags
- School districts and educational ratings
- Local amenities and points of interest
- Property taxes and assessment history
- Market comparisons and pricing trends
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of supplemental information, we recommend that users independently verify all listing details.
By submitting a listing, you consent to Landapaloozas enhancing your content with relevant supplemental data. If you believe any augmented information is inaccurate, please contact us for correction.
Representations and Warranties
