Reproduce, distribute, or modify content from the Services without permission
Create derivative works or republish our content on other platforms
Provide unauthorized third parties with access to the Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

Example: You may save property photos to show your spouse or business partner—but you may not upload those photos to your own website or marketing materials without written permission.

Fees and Billing

Billing Terms:

Account sharing across multiple agents or users is not permitted
Payments are either prepaid or automatically billed, as agreed
Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest fee
Services may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment
Listings and account access may be removed after 30 days past due
Early contract termination may result in a 50% charge of the remaining value
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date

Listing Credits

Basic listing credits function as follows:

1 listing credit allows for the initial post, all updates, and continued display of a single property
Credits are consumed upon posting a new, unique property listing
Syndicated listings must include a unique listing key to qualify
Promoted listings do not require an additional credit
Listing credits do not expire, unless stated otherwise in your agreement

Example: If you purchase 50 listing credits, you can publish up to 50 different properties. Updates to those listings do not use additional credits. However, posting a 51st property would require another credit.

Content and Submissions

Data Licensing

By submitting content to Landapaloozas, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for the purposes of operating, enhancing, and promoting our Services. This includes the right to:

Use, copy, distribute, and publicly display your content
Edit, modify, and create derivative works
Incorporate your content into marketing, promotional materials, and other service features

We may process and modify your submissions—manually or via automated systems—to improve:

Readability and formatting
Accuracy and data consistency
Grammatical correctness
Compliance with platform policies and legal standards

When the same listing or profile is submitted from multiple sources, we may prioritize the most complete and accurate version, or merge data to enhance listing quality.

⚠️ Important: You are responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in all listings and profiles. Failure to do so may result in restrictions or termination of your account.

Listing Augmentation

To ensure high-quality, detailed listings across the Marketplace, Landapaloozas may supplement user-submitted listings with additional data from:

Public records
Verified third-party sources
AI-generated content

This additional data may include:

Lot size, zoning, and year built
Listing categories and tags
School districts and educational ratings
Local amenities and points of interest
Property taxes and assessment history
Market comparisons and pricing trends

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of supplemental information, we recommend that users independently verify all listing details.

By submitting a listing, you consent to Landapaloozas enhancing your content with relevant supplemental data. If you believe any augmented information is inaccurate, please contact us for correction.

Representations and Warranties

By submitting content to Landapaloozas, you represent and warrant that:

The information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful
You have the legal rights to publish and license the content
Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
All listings comply with applicable real estate laws and regulations

Account Responsibility

Note: Account sharing is not permitted. Each individual must maintain their own user account.

Submission Review

Unresponsiveness or unprofessional behavior may lead to account review or removal from the Marketplace.

Loan Services Disclaimer

Landapaloozas does not provide lending services. Specifically, we are not:

A lender or loan originator
A loan processor or underwriter
A credit provider or pre-approval service

When you request information about loans through our platform:

It does not constitute a formal loan application
We do not endorse or recommend specific lenders or financial products
We do not guarantee approval, interest rates, or terms
We are not your representative or agent in the loan process

Lender Responsibility

Lenders who participate in the Landapaloozas Marketplace:

Operate independently and are solely responsible for their services

May be removed from our platform at any time at our sole discretion

When submitting advertising content, you grant Landapaloozas the right to modify, display, and distribute those materials as part of your campaign.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any advertisement at our sole discretion. In such cases, a prorated refund may be issued.

Third-Party Resources & Participants

You may encounter external links or engage with other users or professionals via our platform. Please note:

Our Terms no longer apply once you leave our site
Your interactions with third parties are at your own discretion and risk
